If you are not 100% completely satisfied with your purchase you have 30 days from the time you receive your product to return for exchange or refund of all fees and taxes except for shipping fee. We will accept any return within 30 days as long as the item is in its original packaging and in the condition in which it was received. If original packaging is not returned or product is returned in used condition or the merchandise is returned after 30 days there will be 20% restocking fee charged- this does not pertain to damages caused in shipping. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days. When returning a product please call or email with the details of the return, include the date it was received, how it will be returned and a tracking number if applicable. We do not refund shipping costs.

We will replace any item received damaged, broken or missing from an order as long as we are contacted about that item within 3 days of having received the order. Please email us at email@example.com with the information and for further instruction.
All of the equipment we sell comes with a 1 year manufacturers warranty excluding bulbs. If after normal usage any of your equipment fails to operate properly within a year of purchase we would be happy to either repair or replace the item altogether.
