How do I return an item?
Return Policy You have 15 days from the time you receive your product to return for exchange or refund of all fees and taxes except for shipping fee. It is the customer's responsibility to return the merchandise in original packaging in new condition. If original packaging is not returned or product is returned in used condition or the merchandise is returned after 15 days there will be 20% restocking fee charged- this does not pertain to damages caused in shipping. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days. When returning a product please call or email with the details of the return, include the date it was received, how it will be returned and a tracking number if applicable. Defective/Missing Items We will replace any item received damaged, broken or missing from an order as long as we are contacted about that item within 3 days of having received the order.
