This is a new PBL product photo tent lighting kit with two new fluorescent lights. These new high output, fluorescent bulbs equal 300 watts of incandescent lighting. Daylight balanced (5100K) these lights come with 8" reflectors to focus the soft, diffused light that makes fluorescent lighting the new choice for studio photography.
We have packaged these two lights with 3' light stands and a 30" product photo tent. Made of sturdy nylon, with a flocked interior that reduces glare, each tent comes with two background sweeps, Black and White. Now you can have a mobile product studio for objects small and large (up to about the size of a large shoebox). This really is the perfect solution for your product photography for e-bay of for your website; or to document your collection or your arts/crafts. These product photo tents soften the light, eliminating harsh shadowing and blown out highlights. The result is professional looking quality without the professional looking price tag. Just pop open the tent of your choice, position your object inside it, position your lights on either side of the tent (you can put the lights wherever and as close as you want) and just snap away. |

*About Fluorescent Lighting
Fluorescent lamps are more efficient than incandescent light bulbs because a greater proportion of the power used is converted into useable light rather than heat, allowing the fluorescent lamp to run cooler. Thus a fluorescent lamp requiring 50 watts of power, for instance, produces as much light as a 150 watt incandescent light bulb, but with up to 90% less heat. |
