 Dear Sir, (I cannot find a place to post this, but if you know of a forum or a place it can be posted, I hereby authorize JensenBest to do so)
JensenBest rates off the top of the charts in customer service! Here is my first experience with this company. I bought a lighting system for my wife and wanted it sent within 4 days for a Christmas present. For some reason internally, they did not get it out on time - they paid at their expense, without me even asking for it, for 2 day shipping so I had it in time for my wife's Christmas present. After 2 weeks one of the fluorescent bulbs stopped working - I tested it in another sock to be sure and it didn't work there either - I called - customer service was readily available - I explained and the young lady promptly told me they would ship me another bulb out immediately for no charge (including paying for the shipping) - before I could even ask for a replacement bulb. I got the bulb in 2 days - it worked perfectly - before throwing out the original bulb that "didn't work", I checked it one more time - IT NOW WORKED - I called them back to insist on paying for the replacement bulb because now the original one was working - the young lady refused to allow me to pay after I insisted 2 times!
Now that is customer service above and beyond most retail outlets and way beyond most internet sales businesses! I am a loyal customer of JensenBest from here on out and will obviously recommend to all my family and friends their fine company! Customer service rules!!
