This is a new high output strobe from PBL for photography lighting. Designed for use with both film and digital media, the SL300 is a solidly built powerhouse with a range of functions that rivals other more expensive strobe lights. This light head can be used for intimate portraiture or product photography, as well as lighting up a large space or party. And because this is a monolight, there is no need for an external power block or controller. This unit will plug into any standard 110v outlet and can be triggered by attaching the enclosed sync cord or it can be used as a slave device and triggered by another flash, like the one on your camera, or you can try our best selling 16 channel radio tigger/receiver for wireless strobe triggering (not included).
In addition to the standard reflector for this light, We have included a new 30"x30" softbox with a removable grid that attaches with velcro to the front of the box. This grid accentuates the directionality of the soft light so that light does not bleed all over your scene. This type of softbox will give you the kind of soft light prized by photographers. The softbox will create a flattering wrap around light that will soften the imperfections of your subjects, making them less perceptible. This truly will create magic in your images. |
