Large solid die cast locking collars ensure longer lasting performance and straighter column extension of support stands. No rivets, only bolts to hold the legs together. Non-slip rubber tips on legs of support stand to prevent movement.  This boom comes with a saddle-bag style sandbag that can be used as a counterweight- just fill the sandbag with any type of weighted material (sand, gravel, nuts and bolts).
